Wild Swan
Distilling Company is a new and exciting venture within the
alcoholic beverage and tourism industries. Being the first
distillery of its kind within the Swan Valley Region it aims
to capitalise on the regions growing tourism trade and
growing reputation, not only locally but internationally,
for producing extremely high quality products such as vodka,
whisky, gin and brandy.
Established in 2002, the
Wild Swan Distilling Company
is a wholly owned Western Australian company. They
manufacture a variety of products including
whisky, vodka, gin and brandy.
In the initial stages, while
the whisky and brandy is maturing in oak barrels, they
produce vodka, gin and flavoured vodkas. With the
availability of some of the world's best raw materials
(barley malt, wheat, spring water, grapes and fruits) Wild
Swan Distilling Company will use these world best products
to produce some of the world's best beverages.
The

Vodka
Wild Swan Pure Vodka – this superior quality vodka is
distilled numerous times and undergoes a charcoal chill
filtration to remove any last impurities to leave a crisp,
fresh, clean beverage. Made from locally sourced
ingredients, the vodka does not require any aging and thus
can be supplied directly to you once it has been bottled. We
will also have a variety of flavoured vodkas for those that
prefer that little bit extra in their drink.
Gin
Alcoholic beverages have been
around since the 1500's. Thought first to have been
discovered by the Egyptians who used a very primitive
version of the still to produce vapours and liquors for the
prevention of some diseases and infections has now grown
into an industry which employs thousands of people worldwide
and provides beverages for all tastes. Here at Wild Swan we
have enhanced the techniques and styles to bring you a
variety of products that we are sure will bring a smile to

– Swan Valley opened to the public. The new factory now
provides Nightcruiser tour groups visitors with a unique
insight into the production of Mondo Nougat. With all three
sons now involved in the business, Alfonso was able to
expand Mondo Nougat to include a casual cafe' into the
retail outlet, re-introducing the many home made cakes,
biscotti and Gelati he was renowned for and the famous Mondo
Nougat cheesecake and the decadent Rum Baba.
