FAQ's for AUTHORISED VENUES

What is meant by “Authorised Venues”?
  • A:  We have special arrangements with all the major popular Pubs, Clubs, Bars, Wineries, Breweries, Distilleries, Restaurants, Cafes etc. to visit them and get Free VIP entry plus special exclusive deals.
    They authorise us to call on them as we comply with their rules and arrangements.
    We recommend them if they meet our standards. Also we make special arrangements with many to act as our pick-up points for clients, to meet there before we leave rather than picking you up at a home, allowing your guest to enjoy drinks and maybe a meal before the Party Tour.
    Also your house stays clean and the lawns free from tyre impressions. It is a great way to set the mood for the evening.
    When your venue is not on the list we will still take you there but you must have made the arrangements.
Can I choose my own Venues?
  • A: YES! With consultation of our Nightcruiser booking Crew.
    We will assist you and do everything to arrange  your own pubs, clubs etc. in mind.
    When you initially book your Party tour we make suggestions and work in with you.
    However we do not just call on venues unannounced as that can cause problems.
    Many times we have observed competitors being turned away, upsetting every one and their evening. After many years of experience we have developed the best system.
Can I add my own venues to the agreed Schedule?
  • A: Yes. However we must arrange this in advance. Most Pubs and Clubs insist we make arrangements and book days in advance, otherwise they will not guarantee VIP entry, incentives or function discounts!
Can we change the Venues during the Tour?
  • A: NO. We do not encourage this as the venues would have been booked and they have made arrangements to let us in on a VIP basis at the times booked.
    If we turn up late or at other venues unannounced we will be turned away.
    The order can also not be changed or other venues added during your tour.
    You have agreed to the schedule and it has to stay as venues make room for us at the allocated booked time so you can obtain VIP entry. It against their licence to have more people in their venue than what they are licence for.
How long can we stay at each Venue?
  • A: This is worked out in advance by the Nightcruiser Crew ®.  The person taking responsibility for the tour is also told and consulted.
    We however need to stay within the arrangements made with venues. About one hour is the norm. This at times can be extended or shortened.
What if my Venue is not listed?
  •  A: No problem. We here at Nightcruiser ® are about pleasing our customers.
    We will approach the Venues in question and make the arrangements and negotiate hard on your behalf.
    If you have already spoken to them we would like your assistance by providing the outcome and contact details.
Can we have a private room?
  • A: Yes.  However you will need to ring the venue in question, we'll guide you. They will provide you in some instances with your own function room or separate Bar area. You can also organise Bar Cards in advance for your group with the venues.

How do I guarantee my booking date?
  • A:  Simple and easy! Once you have agreed with the Booking and Party Tour details we email or post you out the GENERAL INFORMATION, INSTRUCTIONS, AND FEES AGREEMENT plus also GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT with a cover Letter.

    You automatically agree, confirm and accept full responsibility to the set out terms and conditions when you pay your booking/security deposit.
    The booking/security deposit of $100.00 must be paid by the date shown on the GENERAL INFORMATION form.

    You can call us CONTACT US as we accept Visa/Master Card over the phone.
 What if I am not 18 years old or over?
  • A:  No Problem!

    If you will be 18 on the night and will have your own photo ID by then, you can book a Nightcruiser.
    Many require at least 2 IDs


    However: You will not be able to book a Nightcruiser Party Bus Tour if you will not be 18 on the night, as you will need to be over 18 to be allowed onto licensed premises and you will only get in with a photo IDs.


    All your guests will need to be over 18 with valid photo IDs or they will be asked immediately to leave the tour and find their own way home.

    They can not stay on the Nightcruiser during the tour.

    However we do have the Nightcruiser teen fun bus  or  kids party bus available for you.

What if I need to cancel the Tour?
  • A: Consider carefully if you wish to cancel. Ask us first if we can assist in some way.
    Once you pay your deposit you agree to the terms and conditions that are sent or emailed to you.
    It states in there that we are unable to refund any deposits.
How much does it cost for a Nightcruiser Party Bus Tour?
As we have the biggest range of Party Bus Tours in Australia it is difficult to list all the charges.
The Nightcruiser Booking Crew will be able to tell you instantly.
We always recommend that you charge every guest as they board on a per head basis and that way it will cost you almost nothing.
Since they get discounted drinks and out all night, get free VIP entry, it works out to be a cheap Party Night for them.
For 18th some Parents subsidise and might only ask for 50% from the guests and pay the balance.
The Crew will explain how inexpensive it can work out.

FAQ's for DISCOUNTS & INCENTIVES

What discounts do we get?
  • A:  Ask us for the latest deals and arrangements, you will not believe when you call us.
    Drinks and Food vary from venue to venue.
    We negotiate hard on your behalf and a lot depends on what time we get to the venue, the size of your party, how long we stay at a venue etc.
    They are function discounts.
    We will be able to advise this with you, once all venues have been agreed  during our discussion, when you make the booking.
What are the Incentives?
  • A:  Some venues provide Nightcruiser ® Party Buses with function deals. They depend on the amount of time we stay at the venues, the time we arrive and the size of the group and on what night of the week etc. They vary from venue to venues. To get a better idea ask during your booking for the latest deals.
    Many Incentives are exclusive the Nightcruiser ® Party Bus Tours.

Can you pick us up earlier?
  • A: Yes. We are here to please you and make sure your Tour with us is a memorable experience.
    Normally there is no extra charge.
    All venues would have been booked with an ETA estimated time of arrival which must be kept in mind.
    However your group might want to garb a bite to eat before hand, and we will be happy to accommodate!
Can we extend our time?
  • A: Yes. However you will find that after midnight there are higher rates.
    If it goes after 12 am an additional minimum charge of $150 per hour or part thereof is charged in advance.
    Best to plan this when you make the booking.
    We however tell every one that if your last stop is in Northbridge and we have booked you into a Nightclub for FREE VIP entry then all other Venues are within walking distance and very rarely does any one want to go back early and they wish to party on!
Can we drink alcohol on board?
  • A: NO. Alcohol consumption on any chartered vehicle is illegal under the Police Act and Transport Department Rules. These are enforced. Nightcruiser/Busit ® operates to strict law abiding rules in the interest of safety and protection of its passengers/clients. Fines can and may be issued to any passenger by the police and transport officers any time at random. Loss of license for the driver and company charter license could also be enforced. We will not be responsible for any fines issued. You will be held responsible for actions of your guests and can loose your security deposit as a result of allowing a guest to consume alcohol on board. Yes, we know you have seen people drink on Party Buses and on maxi taxis. However, they were lucky not to get caught and took as big risk with insurance and safety. Some have been fined $500.00 each and the company $5,000.00 in the past!  Also just remember that it at times it is only 10 minutes between venues and drinks! As vehicles cannot be licensed it is classed as street drinking and attracts heavy penalties. You are not allowed to take drinks onto licensed premises and at your final drop off, if it is Northbridge, are stuck with drinks you can not get rid off or take into clubs.
    If you have a problem with this just discuss it with us when you make your booking or enquiry.
     
Can we bring our own alcohol?
  • A: No point really. Sorry! It's against the law and classed as street drinking
  • You will not be allowed to consume it on board.
  • You will not be allowed into any licensed premises with your own alcohol
  • To drink it in the street or public place is an offence and it's classed as street drinking.
  • When you depart at the end of the night it is normally Northbridge and you can't cart it around or get into the Clubs with it.

    Most groups have a few drink before they depart.
What are nominated Pick-up points?
  • A: Where you have asked us to pick up your group. Our agreed nominated starting point. We discuss this with you during your booking with us and make some suggestions and give you valid reasons. Your nominated point could be your house, flat or unit. School. Carpark, Casino, Northbridge or the local down the road for a few drinks first.
What is a Nominated Tour?
  • A: An organised Schedule we have agreed on. After that we negotiate with all venues in question.
    We point out to you the various factors that have to be considered.
    BUT we will do it all for you with your requests in mind!
    We book the venues so they agree for us to visit and we give them a time which is agreed with them and can not be changed on the night.
Why do you recommend Photo Id's?
  • A: For venues to protect their licenses, they strictly enforce regulations that they are bound by the Licensing Authorities. Passengers can legally be refused entry. Better safe than sorry. All Nightcruiser/Busit ® Passengers must be over 18 years of age, that wish to enter licensed premises and have photo IDs and most places now require 2 separate IDs.
Why Dress to impress?
  • A: All venues we call on have dress standards, so be warned. We will advise during your booking and make sure you also enquire of the standards.
    Clean smart casual, collared shirts. No jeans and solid footwear! NO steel capped shoes, boots or head gear allowed.
Will you pick up from our Club?
  • A: YES. If arrangements have been made during the booking it will be discussed, including access to your club (Sports Club, Social Club, Offices) etc.
    The arrangement and agreed pick up time will be listed in the General Information Terms and Condition form, including the arranged pick up time.
Will you pick up from Home?
  • A: YES. We do however suggest you choose an authorised pick up point, that way we do not disturb the neighbourhoods. No mess to clean up and the celebrations can start early while people way for all to get together or have meals in advance.
Can we pick up people on the way?
  • A: YES. It is important this is requested during the booking as additional charges may apply. In order to assist our clients you must notify of any change no later than 2 days prior to departure.
Free VIP Entry and Queue Jumping?
  • A: All venues have limited licensed numbers of persons that can be on the premises at any one time.
    Therefore we make arrangements in advance and provide the venues with estimated numbers and ETA prior to departure.
    This is done days in advance.
    This is all part of the Nightcruiser service.
How will we get our discounts?
  • A: Different venues provide different type of incentives and function prices. You will be advised before entering the venue what the arrangements are.
    Some will stamp your wrist or others provide wrist bands which entitle you and your group to the discounts.
    You must indicated this before ordering your items.
Can we pay drinks in advance?
  • A: YES. Most places allow you to organise Bar Cards with $ limits. You will need to contact the venues direct to make this arrangement. If you need the contacts we will be happy to supply them for you, once your deposit for your booking has arrived at our office.
Why a Security Deposit?
  • A: Simple. As stated in the “General Information, Terms & Conditions form” any damage done by passengers in your group will be charged. If you or your guests cause damage, Nightcruiser ® will take action to recover all costs!
Why a Booking Deposit?
  • A: Simple. The moment the booking deposit is received your tour date is locked in. The quicker we receive the deposit the more peace of mind for you. Due to the popularity and demand for the Nightcruiser Party Bus Tours ® Party Bus Tours, we can not give refunds!
When do I get my security deposit back?
  • A: At the end of the Tour and after all passengers have left the Bus, the Bus is inspected with the person responsibly of the party and if no damage is sighted and the bus left in a clean condition, you will be refunded your security deposit.
    It is up to you to ask the drive to inspect the Bus with you and get the deposit back at the end of the Party Tour.

Are there Rules and Regulations?
  • A: Yes. If you are in charge, you would have agreed to the GENERAL INFORMATION, TERMS & CONDITIONS that contains all the Details, rules and conditions.
    You would also have paid the security deposit .
    The driver will work with you throughout the Tour and he will request your support.
    As the Charterer/Hirer of the Nightcruiser, you are responsible for your guests actions.
    All Drivers/Captains are within their legal rights to evict any or all persons at any time if they are causing a disturbance, or deemed to be acting in a manner that could cause the vehicle to have an accident. No exceptions.
Who is in charge?
  • A: All drivers are like Captains of a ship, they are responsible for the safety of all passengers during transportation.
    They have specially issued licenses by the State Government.
    You will know your responsibilities as it has been stated in the “General Information, Term & Conditions”, which you have agreed to in your email and by paying the deposit in advance.
    He will work through the person who signed the Term & Conditions, relating to the behaviour of passengers.
    The driver himself is responsible by law under the police act and transport department regulations. Implementing Nightcruiser policy is also the drivers responsibility.
    It is within drivers legal rights to evict any or all persons at any time if they are causing a disturbance or nuisance. If deemed too drunk, drivers/captains are not required to carry that person!
How many can we have on the Buses?
  • A: Each Bus has different licensed seating and standing limits for adults.
    Ask us during your enquiry or booking.
    We will take out just about any minimum number or any large numbers of Groups!
    The average seating Nightcruisers are a minimum of 30. We have Nightcruiser with up to 42, 47 or 70 passengers.
    We have moved up to 1,200 passenger from a concert at night. Or do all the Ministry of Sound Concert  all night shuttles and move many.
    We find Nightcruiser Party Bus Tours average around 35-42 guests on the night after inviting 50 - 70 people.
Who supplies the music?
  • A: Nightcruiser have an on board CD sound library. However you are welcome to also bring your own up-tempo party music CDs and in some instance iPod connections are available, which we will play during the night.
What type of music?
  • A: The music selections are provided to a strict music and program format. From the latest hits, themed nights, retro etc.
    We plan it to suit your group.
    You are welcome to bring along some of your own CDs, but please make sure they are up tempo songs for the live on board party. iPod connections are available in some Nightcruisers. Ask when you book.
Can we bring our own additional music?
  • A: YES.  We have a strict Music and Entertainment format and that is why we are so popular.
    We try and make sure we have you singing and dancing in the isles, for a wicked night out to remember forever!.
    You are welcome to bring along some of your own CDs, but please make sure they are up tempo songs for the live on board party. iPod connections are available in some Nightcruisers. Ask when you book.
Can we take pictures on board?
  • A: YES. Ideal for photos to remind you of a great party and for photos for the photo albums on the Nightcruiser Web site photo album. Please warn the driver prior to taking flash photos.
How do we get our photos onto website?
A: Simple If they are taken by a digital camera just email them to rolandott@nightcruiser.com.au with full details.
The sooner we receive them the faster they will appear on our site.
