INTERNATIONAL JAZZ FESTIVAL 2008

Paisley Centre
Bunbury will swing to the smooth sounds of
jazz when the second annual Bunbury
International Jazz Festival hits town.
Lining up an array of talented jazz artists
and styles, this year's Festival features US
guests; guitarist Royce Campbell and
trombonist Jim Pugh.
Campbell spent many years with Academy Award
winning composer and conductor Henry
Mancini, until Mancini's death in 1994.
Special guest Hank Marvin, formerly
from the Shadows, will entertain with his
quartet Hank Marvin’s Gypsy Jazz.
The Eastern States contingent at this year’s
festival includes pianist Bob Sedergreen who
was recently awarded the Australia Council
for the Arts Don Banks Music Award for 2008.
Bob will be joined by awarded vocalist
Kristin Berardi, drummer Sonja Horbelt,
James Sherlock and David Theak.
Dont miss this vibrant event in the heart of

Michael will
be here for his third Australian concert
tour in June 2008. The tour, presented by
MasterCard, will see Michael and his amazing
band perform to his legions of fans around
Australia.
The tour celebrates Michael’s third album,
Call Me Irresponsible, which entered the
Australian charts at number one. It has
spent more than six months in the Australian
Top 40, having
gone triple platinum.
Australia is one of Michael’s biggest
markets. He has sold more than 1.4 million
albums in just four years.
This tour follows 2005’s “It’s Time” visit,
which saw Michael do 13 sold-out shows in
Australia. 2005 also saw Michael perform at
the TV WEEK Logie Awards and the AFL Grand
