Wines is a small boutique winery in Western Australia
dedicated to making quality merlot wines for pure enjoyment.
Why do we grow only the one variety? We love it, that’s why!
Delicious reds with such soft, velvety tannins and
beautiful, rich berry flavours. There's a lot to love

exciting time for them at the vineyard! Their newly released
2008 Merlot won bronze at the Decanter World Wine Awards in
London and they have just released a gorgeous new wine.

vineyard on Ferguson Road in the beautiful Ferguson Valley,
their tasting rooms and restaurant offer the opportunity to
soak up the local atmosphere and fare.
Try their fine wines and tantalise your taste buds with the
offerings from your hosts Aaron and Adrie Devitt.
Hackersley’s menu changes with the
seasons and has already proved to be popular with the locals
and visitors alike. Restaurant bookings are recommended.

St. Aidan’s Winery
St Aidan wines are
only available at the cellar door, by order, or at selected
restaurants. The Cellar door is 7.5 km from Dardanup on the
"Ferguson Loop" which is a unique and beautiful drive full
of attractions. Guests are welcome to use the picnic
facilities under the peppie trees beside the Ferguson River.
St Aidan is a
small, family run vineyard situated in the heart of the
Ferguson Valley in the newly emerging Geographe Wine Region
The wines are made
at Juniper Estate by Mark Messenger and most have won silver
or bronze medals at the Geographe or WA Mt Barker wine shows

In less than
a decade, the Estate has produced an impressive array
of outstanding wines, most notably the classic Black
Dog Shiraz.
The vineyard is a family owned business that is
operated by principals Jeff and Vicki Dewar, who
bought the picturesque 180 hectare hillside property
in 1996.
The
estate is located in a hidden jewel of the wine-making
region of south west Western Australia called the Ferguson
Valley. The environment, climate and soil types sets the
area apart from the more traditional wine-growing regions of
the State and provides for an environmental combination
never previously utilised for the production of premium
wines.

Valley.
They also stock cider from the
Ciderworks Cidery in Capel.
The Wild Bull Brewery features handcrafted beers
brewed in the traditional time-honoured method, from a
variety of malt and hops. This process is reflected in our
beers which are full-bodied and deep coloured in appearance,
but easy drinking - perfect for that weekend discovery.
The owners, Paul and Michele, regularly have local bands
providing entertainment on a Sunday afternoon for the
perfect way to wind down for the weekend.
Boutique Beers brewed on site, organic and preservative free
wines, cider, coffee, light meals and snacks and locally
made craft.

a perfect example of a country pub. The Elliot Street Bar
hosts regular jazz and blues events. The "Burly" is a legend
