Opened in September 2010, Silas and Angela Masih realised a
dream with Pepper & Salt Restaurant.
The restaurant offers sophisticated and intimate dining
experience with a feeling of home in a picturesque vineyard
setting. Silas's unique cuisine is based on his
Fijian-Indian heritage; his philosophy of natural seasonal
flavours enhanced by simple spice influence to create
incredible soulful dishes. Silas's passion for the good
things in life and insatiable curiosity means the menu is
always focused on the produce grown locally and changes
frequently.
Weddings
A wedding held on the grounds of Matilda’s Estate is one to
be remembered. Choose your backdrop from lush vineyards,
towering karri trees, the tranquil lake setting or our
cellar door and art gallery. We believe no two weddings are
the same; please contact Ang to discuss a wedding package
that is just as tailored as the dress.
